1. Who we are
BeautiDock is the data controller for Business account data and a data processor for the client data Businesses collect through their booking sites.
2. Data we process
Account details (name, email), business details, and for bookings: client name, email, phone, appointment details and notes. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
3. Why
To provide the service, send booking emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Where
Data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase), with service providers Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend under data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Booking data is kept while the Business account is active and deleted within 90 days after the account is closed, unless the law requires longer.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Clients of a Business should contact that Business first; we will help them respond.
