Cookie Policy

· Creative Current LLC

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on beautidock.com, the BeautiDock dashboard and booking sites powered by BeautiDock. It is published by Creative Current LLC, which operates BeautiDock.

Key points

  • We only use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the Service or that remember a choice you made, such as your language.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics cookies.
  • Because of this, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as session storage, keep small pieces of information in your browser for a short time.

Cookies and storage we use

Name Purpose Type Duration
sb-…-auth-token Keeps you signed in to your BeautiDock account Strictly necessary, first-party Up to 400 days, or until you sign out
NEXT_LOCALE Remembers the language you chose Preference, first-party 1 year
bp-tracked-… (session storage) Makes sure a visit to a booking site is counted only once in the daily visit counter; it contains no personal data Strictly necessary, first-party Until you close the tab

Security cookies set by our hosting provider. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects BeautiDock, may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from bots and protect the Service against attacks. See Cloudflare's cookie policy.

Bot protection. Our sign-up form and booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. It runs only when you use those forms.

Payments. When you pay a deposit or a BeautiDock invoice, you are sent to a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe uses its own cookies on its own pages to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its cookie policy.

Booking sites

Booking sites powered by BeautiDock use the same cookies and storage listed above. A Business may add links to other services on its site (for example Instagram). Those services have their own policies once you open them.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to stay signed in, and some parts of the Service may not work.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: privacy@beautidock.com. For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
